This product has the function of surface protection and blocking harmful substances on the surface of tableware and kitchenware products such as wood, bamboo, and plant fibers.
Scope of application: surface coating of bamboo and wooden chopsticks, wooden cutting boards, wooden plates and bowls, wooden spoons, shovels and other tableware products, which can withstand high temperature cleaning such as dishwashers and block harmful substances. HILHELM's water-based paint for contact with food is available in accordance with the EU and US FDA food standards.
1. Paint film performance: high hardness, high gloss, high adhesion, mildew and moisture resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance (salt water, vinegar, alcohol, etc.), anti-aging, anti-pollution, etc.;
2. Using water as a diluent, it is non-flammable and non-explosive, and contains no toxic substances;
3. The coating can effectively prevent the penetration of other substances.
Reference construction process:
1. Bamboo chopsticks: soak or roll coating.
2. Wooden cutting board: soak or spray coating.
3. Wooden bowls and spoons: penetrating mildew and waterproof.
Substrate requirements:
The substrate surface must be firm, dry, clean and oil-free; it cannot be immersed in water or re-coated within 4 hours after construction and coating.
Drying method:
25℃ self-drying for 12 hours; forced drying (85℃ baking for 30 minutes)
Equipment cleaning: tap water
Construction conditions:
The best construction temperature is 10-30℃ (do not construct below 5℃), humidity within 85℃; the construction site should be dust-free and ventilated; construction workers should wear labor protection masks.
Note: It is forbidden to add benzene, ethanol and other incompatible solvents.
Storage conditions:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place above 5℃ and within 25℃, and prevent freezing, moisture and sun.
