Reference construction process:
1. If there are holes in the wood floor, first fill the holes with HILHELM Wood Grease Hole Sealer FP20 (white, gray, wood yellow, wood red), wait for 24 hours to dry, then polish and clean the entire floor.
2. Apply HILHELM Wood Floor Water Paint cross-brush 1 coat, and then apply another coat after 2 hours of surface drying to cover the original base color (conventional white, gray, golden yellow, thick yellow, brown).
3. If necessary, apply 2 coats of HILHELM two-component PU high-hardness water paint (transparent), and the service life of the wood floor can be increased by 5-10 years.
(Note: If the solid wood floor is severely worn, you can ask a professional sander to smooth the surface before applying this product)
1. It is strictly forbidden to apply the paint when the ambient temperature is lower than 5℃ or the humidity is higher than 85% to avoid problems such as non-drying and cracking of the coating film;
2. Do not apply thick paint at one time to prevent bubbling, sagging and other phenomena. Try to apply thin paint multiple times;
3. Please use a special resin brush when applying the paint to avoid bubbling, granulation and other problems;
4. It must be used with a primer. There will be more bubbles after 2 to 3 minutes of hand stirring. It must be left to stand for 5 to 10 minutes for the best effect;
5. The mixing time is 12 hours. If the one-time amount is less than one bucket, please mix it according to the actual amount to avoid wasting the product. Do not use the product after the use time is exceeded, otherwise it will affect the sealing and water resistance properties.
Storage conditions:
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place above 5℃ and within 25℃, and prevent freezing, moisture and sun.
